At GESTUM ASESORES we process the information provided by interested persons in order to provide tax, accounting, financial and labour consultancy.

Personal data provided will be kept for the time required to provide the service requested and for the legally established times.

The basis of the legitimisation of the processing of your data will, depending on the case, be the consent of the interested party, the execution of a contract or legitimate interest.

When we wish to obtain information from you, we will always request you to voluntarily give it, expressly giving your consent through the channels established to do so.

The processing of the data compiled over the data compilation forms of the website or other channels, will be incorporated into the Processing Activity Register for which GESTUM ASESORES is responsible.

GESTUM ASESORES processes the data confidentially, and adopts the appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the appropriate level of security in agreement the processing, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and other applicable regulations on Data Protection.

However, GESTUM ASESORES cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of the systems. Therefore, it does not assume any responsibility for damages derived from alterations that third parties may carry out in the users’ computer systems, electronic documents or files.
